What is e-Learning?

E-learning or "distance learning,” allows students from all over the world to receive important training remotely via the Internet. Since 1998, over 60,000 nurses in over 120 countries have studied with us.

E-learning provides busy nursing professionals and students an opportunity to stay current, expand knowledge and sharpen their skill sets, on their schedule.   In addition, e-learning allows nursing professionals to learn from the experience of experts who are on the forefront of the field, no matter where they live!

Traditional face-to-face instruction requires you to take time out of your busy schedule to go to whatever location the provider chooses, whenever they choose.  E-learning courses put you in control!  Your course is available whenever you have time, and can be accessed wherever you have Internet access—including Internet cafes, in your work place or in the privacy of your own home.

E-learning has become extremely popular in the nursing community. Many hospitals, clinics and health care providers choose this type of training because it is so economical and convenient. Not only are courses relatively inexpensive, but they save students travel costs and time away from work.
